In this weekend retreat, we will learn about the many faces of the mysterious Divine Feminine and learn how to access the gifts of the underworld in our everyday lives.
The Dark Goddess is the Wise Woman archetype within each of us, teaching us about the cycles of death and renewal.
She is the midwife of our souls, helping us accept the dark places within us in order to step into wholeness.
She is the terrifying, devouring mother, who forces us to face our fears and discover compassion.
The Dark Goddess urges us to feel our emotions and find healing. She is the all-loving grandmother, who never leaves our side through sickness, injury or emotional affliction.
Take time to reconnect to yourself and learn about this power of the Dark Goddess within you. Using personal writing, guided meditation and more, you will gain practical tools for daily self-care and spiritual connection. The retreat will culminate in a powerful ritual celebrating your strength and the Divine Feminine.

Throughout human history, there have been peoples scattered across the world who lived with respect for the Divine Feminine and the living Earth. In some of these cultures the Great Goddess was revered as a source of potency and renewal.
As we answer the call to participate in the great shift happening around the planet today, we need to access our compassion, our sense of justice, our deep love of life and our courage to change. This retreat will help you do just that. These workshops are for women of all backgrounds. We welcome those who have not yet worked with Goddess energy and women continuing their journey with the Divine Feminine. It is open to anyone with the desire to learn more about themselves and their personal power.
Accommodations:
Still Meadow Retreat Center is set on 60 acres of forest and meadow, with a year-round running creek, hiking trails, sauna. It is located in rural Damascus, Oregon, only a half hour from both downtown Portland and the Portland International Airport.
The lush setting of the forest provides a nurturing environment in which to receive new information, practice developing skills, and explore the inner dimensions of experience.
The simple yet elegantly furnished lodgings range from spacious dormatory rooms which sleep four, to double and single occupancy rooms.
The following rates include all meals from Saturday at breakfast through Sunday lunch, all workshop fees and lodging. (You can arrange to have Friday dinner at Still Meadow as well.)
