Inner Fire: Spring Equinox a spirituality and writing workshop with Rhea
March 18, 1:00 - 5:00pm The Garden Sanctuary, $50
In this afternoon workshop, we will spend time connecting to the seasonal energy of the Spring Equinox, a time to connect with our bodies, reawaken our power, and find the clarity to move forward in claiming our lives! Through guided exercises, meditations and writing sessions, we will journey to the gateway of spring and encounter the wilderness within.
We will explore stories traditionally associated with the Spring and investigate our own stories and ideas about this time of desire, balance and new life. Connect to your heart and renew the core strength within you. This work grows from earth-based spiritual traditions, but is open to anyone with the desire to learn more about themselves and their purpose.
No previous experience necessary. All women are welcome.
