"The good news is that we can change our Stories; they're not carved in stone. The world is made particle by particle, story by story. When I learned the distinction, my life was forever altered..."

-Victoria Castle, "The Trance of Scarcity"

Human beings are by nature story tellers. We tell stories to make sense of the world. We tell stories about ourselves. Becoming aware of our stories gives us the power to step into the role of author of our own life. In this workshop we'll use visualization and writing to identify any limiting stories we are telling ourself that keep us from moving forward and from realizing our full potential. Once we identify these limiting stories we can upgrade them! We can write new stories that support our authenticity. Becoming conscious authors of our stories is one of the most empowering acts we can perform, both for our own healing and wholeness and for the well-being of our collective community.

No writing experience necessary.
